Interviewer: What is the best way to contact you? Email? Phone? Once a client comes in the door, especially pertaining to a DUI case.

Rob: Well our phone is on 24 hours a day, someone is answering it 24 hours a day. So they can call to set up an appointment, at times we can even start giving them advice right over the phone. We’ve had people call us from police stations before asking whether they should blow into a Breathalyzer or not and we advise them not to. So calling is always the best because what’s different about us is that there is an attorney answering the phone 24 hours a day, not an answering service, not a secretary, you’re going to be talking to a lawyer when you call that number. So making a call, getting us started on it, we can give you an advantage in fighting these things and putting your life back together when getting a DUI arrest.

Interviewer: You speak a little Spanish don’t you?

Robert J Callahan: Yeah, I’m fluent in Spanish so if someone doesn’t speak English or English is their second language and Spanish is their first, I can communicate with them in regards to what the law is and what their rights are, what the procedures are going to be.
