Order of protection/restraining order – PETITION FOR EMERGENCY ORDER OF PROTECTION/RESTRAINING ORDER DISMISSED.
TS found himself in the unfortunate situation of dealing with a difficult neighbor in his condominium building. The neighbor was harassing his wife (TS’s wife) and making unfounded accusations against TS. To make matters worse, TS’s neighbor filed a petition seeking an Order of Protection prohibiting any contact between the parties. This was the first time TS has ever had a legal complaint filed against him. TS was very concerned so he contacted our office. Robert J. Our preparation more than paid off. During the hearing on the order of protection the accuser was unable to keep his story straight or provide evidence of any wrong doing by TS. RESULT – PETITION FOR EMERGENCY ORDER OF PROTECTION DISMISSED.
